About project
I submitted this digital collage for the VM Gallery’s exhibition Days of Light and Darkness in 2019. Contributing artists were asked to speculate their visions for the future. At the time, there were global protests being held to combat climate change while court cases were filed against the Pakistani government with regards to the smog epidemic in my home city of Lahore.
I envisioned a future where the planet still thrives with vegetation, although maybe with some we have never seen before, free from interference from humans.
